Uila Extends Monitoring and Analytics to Multi-Cloud

Santa Clara, California-(July 15, 2018-PRWeb)— Uila Inc., the Multi-Cloud Monitoring and Analytics company, today released support for seamless Multi-Cloud visibility across all Private and Public Cloud deployments including VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platforms.  Uila’s new Multi-Cloud 2.0 version provides a single pane of glass to monitor performance, capacity and resource allotments simultaneously across Multiple Cloud technologies, both public and private. With this new release, IT Operations and Cloud IT teams are now armed with critical information that will help them proactively plan application deployment, monitor performance, prevent and solve service degradation issues for workloads that span multiple clouds.

Since the first release, Uila’s Application Dependency Map has provided detailed, dynamic Application topology maps for multi-tier applications, allowing proactive troubleshooting of issues at lightning speeds with full visibility into the behavior, health and dependencies across applications and infrastructure. With the new release, this capability has been further expanded with full workload dependency visibility across multiple clouds and cloud providers. IT teams can now pinpoint performance bottlenecks for workloads spanning multiple clouds in a single view. This dynamic Multi-Cloud Dependency Mapping & performance analysis capability is not only important for solving application performance issues, but provides the needed visibility for organizations who may be switching cloud providers or rolling back to an on-premise datacenter.

With this new release, organizations can optimize cloud costs, uncover inefficiencies to reduce wasted resources and enable coordination between cloud governance teams and resource owners (Cloud IT teams) based on actual usage. Uila’s expert rightsizing guidance provides recommendation reports based on current resource usage and allocations, so that cloud IT teams can deploy the right resources for their application workloads, improving performance. Teams have clear and in-depth insights into under-provisioned (leading to application performance issues) and overprovisioned cloud assets (poor cloud investment management where money is left on the table) across multiple cloud providers.

“This new “Multi-Cloud” release demonstrates Uila’s forward thinking and agility to add new technology support where needed and provides tremendous value for us” said Dennis Redwine, COO at AI4Cloud. “Our customers are seeing that Uila fills a serious gap in cloud-based platform service delivery visibility that cannot be addressed by current public cloud offerings nor by any other of the popular mainstream APM or IPM tools vendors.  This new level of application and infrastructure visibility in the cloud is allowing our customers’ new business cloud transformation projects to be truly operationalized with confidence. With this new release, and the fact that the new features are all available from a single console across multiple cloud providers, makes it our top choice for monitoring Multi-cloud implementations for all of our customers.”

“There are multiple reasons why organizations implement a Multi-Cloud Strategy, ranging from preventing single vendor lock-in, redundancy planning, cloud bursting, privacy regulations, or optimizing cloud costs,” says Chia-Chee Kuan, CEO and Founder for Uila, “but in order to be successful, it is critical to plan this complex strategy efficiently right from the initial planning of workload migration by understanding all the application dependencies. It is important to have a complete picture of the health of the entire cloud infrastructure to guarantee that any source of poor application performance anywhere in the dependency chain does not go unnoticed.”

This new Multi-Cloud capability is available as part of Uila’s solution today. IT Operations or Cloud IT teams can put Uila’s new solution to the test by signing up for a complimentary trial from https://www.uila.com/uila-free-trial .
